Thanks HillbillySmoker, We are always on a tight schedule
when we head south or north. My mother comes with us,
She stays with our daughter then flies down so we have
to open her place, our place, meet her at the airport
and get the cooker ready to use. I also have to get
the boat in the water so there is room for the cooker. And I thought retirement was just playing
shuffleboard _________________ Curt

| Looks good Milt. I remember thinking "holy cow" when I first saw the picture of your tank. It worked out well though. Good job. |

Thanks, did 20 butts, two in each pan and a 13lb brisket
the other day. The cooker was only about 3/4 full _________________ Curt

Real nice job, 1st class. I am just worried
about that Stilwell Red Massey Furguson paint.
It is starting to take over the world................

Thanks boomer, The "Q" that comes out of the cooker
seems to have a red tint to it. _________________ Curt

| Milt, I am really worried about those little bitty tires and wheels if you are going to pull her down the interstate. I would hate to see ya loose her with all that tail weight plus it is a real pain to have tire problems. |

I haven't said anything but I've been concerned about it as well, I'd hate to see you have an accident on the highway with those, they seem more like some type of farm equipment tire/wheel than one rated for high speed. _________________ Patio Smoker Grill

Thanks purplewg and Hillbilly for your concerns, I
have found some high speed trailer tires.
They are 12 ply with a load capacity of 1,670 lbs.
If they don't work then everybody on the ring will
know about it and won't make the same choice I did.
If they do work a tire that size doesn't interfere
with much and can sit under the cooker, the total
with of the cooker is only 6 ft. One of the reasons
I chose this route is that my storage space in FL.
is limited. _________________ Curt
