At this time of year Fire Alarms need to have their Expiration Date checked and be replaced if they have expired.

The only issue with this type of fire alarm is I would stop to eat the popcorn!!!

Good one Mrs K.A.M.!

If it wasn't for our fire alarm I wouldn't know when MRScustomsteel is cooking. Shocked

My wife is such a bad cook, even the flies pitched in to buy a screen door!

LOL - My Mother is terrified of standing on anything like a chair. Huge fear of heights.

My Sister went over to her house last week and heard all of my mothers smoke alarms beeping, she said it drove her nuts after a few minutes, and she changed the batteries for our Mom. She asked our Mother how long they had been doing that, and the answer was "A month or two"

I can't believe my Mom will just live with an annoying sound every 30 seconds for a couple months, over getting on a chair to change a battery.

Sounds like both my sister and I need to drop by to check up on her more often....
