Well I was trying to put it off until the new WSM with the 22.5 grates and the dome themometers came out, But today I bought a new one.
I just could not pass it up at $177. Haven't put it together yet due to time constraints but should be ready by tomorrow. Already thinking of a dome temp guage mod.
This makes 4 smokers, the WSM, my Smokin-Pro Car-Griller w/sfb, a BBQ-Pro bullet (Pro-Q knock off from sears) and a cheap Menards Pro-Griller cabinet type. Plus 3 Weber grills. Starting to think I have a problem.

Problem? I don't see a problem.
Unless it's deciding on what meat will go on what cooker on any given cook session!
Congrats - especially if you've suceeded in a pre-emptive MSRP rate hike! You can look back and say "Just look at how much I saved on that vs. today's price!" _________________ Let's hope SoEzzy can ditch his heavy hand on photos in 2016!

Couldn't stand it, went ahead and assembled the WSM tonight, piece of cake too. Tomorrow is burn in, might throw a" lil' sumpin" on there after a couple hours.
Going to the campground over the weekend you can there will be some smoke blechin out of the WSM there. A couple butz and some ABT's sound like definate menue items. Possibly some Baby Backs too.
