I am a transplanted Tennesseean, moved here to the Hoosier state at age 12 with the great job gravey train that my dad hopped a ride on. From a long line of coal miners and poor folk who love to cook and eat a good meal.
I been dabelin with a grill for along time just kinda burger dogs and steak stuff, but lately started getting into real Q and smokin, ah the good stuff.
I have a char-griller Smokin pro with SFB a Weber 22.5 kettle 2 Weber portables a BBQ-Pro bullet smoker and a Cheap moded cabinet smoker.
Looking forward to swaping some stories and picking up some tips
Joe |

Hey Smokin Joe, from up north in the Hoosier state right about the middle of between Kokomo and South Bend. Lived in Fairmount for 25 year though, still have lots of family there. We do our camping at Hidden Lake near Fairmount, a few Anderson folk camp there too.
