I decided to start the Consession trailer project.
I will be posting as I go.
Here are a few of the trailer frame.
This will be a 102 inch wide by 96 inch inside height Goose-neck trailer on tandem 6000 lb axles ( 12000 lb ).

Thats were it all starts at the bottom up. Keep us informed. I enjoyed building my cooker. It is never done always adding things.

Nothing can top your pig cooker build. Unless this is going to be better. Looks like you might have room for a hot tub. Can't wait......
