BEWARE: The Quality Control Department at the bottler of Sa-mokin Sauce is lax... The bottle I just got late last week had a huge hole in the top. It looks like they tried to plug it at the factory with a round, threaded piece of metal, but when I removed the metal piece and turned the bottle upside down to check on the condition of the leak, the sauce ran all over two slabs of ribs.
I thought I had the leak stopped, but then yesterday the bottle leaked again!. This time it was all over two pieces of chicken. Good thing I had that cooked meat just laying around on dinner plates only a few inches away from that dang leaky bottle. For some odd reason, the leak only seems to happen when the bottle is upside down.
Now I got to order some more... (I hope they replace it under warranty.)

Actually I did send Fred a sample bottle of my sauce Dan. About a month later I sent him an email asking if he receive it and this was his response...
"Patrick ...the bottle / sample is here on my desk in the queue. I have a ton of them to try / etc. one day.
FB"
So I am waiting until I make it to the top of the "queue"... maybe "one day".

Oh, I forgot about Karl's post... sorry Karl. Yah Bob, Karl is right... free barbeque sauce for life for the neighborhood. What he doesn't know is MY neighborhood stops at the fence in the back and my curb out front! But hey Karl, your shipping is FREE!
