| yesterday did 2 eight pound pork butts,1 five pound pork loin,1 twelve pound turkey. The turkey was the best yet, the butts were excellant ,the loin ...well I've done better.Also did a couple of steaks for lunch ,great ,had never thrown steaks on the pitt before but will from now on.Just a friendly update see ya. |

Great line-up!
Yea, loins are a tough nut to crack.
Lots of folks out there that can do 'em, check this post:

I've gone to cutting them down to double-cut chops, give them a quick brine, then go to the grill.
But, when you load-up the smoker like you did, ya' ain't going go hungry!
