I just put on a small flat, some beef short ribs, and a beef ring sausage.
A little warm up for Labor Day Weekend when the whole fam-dammly comes over for brisket and roadhouse chicken. _________________ If at first you don't succeed...eat the failure, go to the butcher, and try again.

I'm keeping it nice and simple this weekend. Gonna do a spiral cut ham on Sunday. Just gonna add a little more smoke to it and try to find a nice glaze to finish with.
Maybe some homemade mashed potatoes....
That reminds me, the farmers market is today! _________________ Camp Chef Pro90 Stove w/ Griddle

But I'm DQ'ed because my business has been extraordinarily busy this month!

Wow. Looks like everyone is going to be eating like kings this weekend.
Makes me wish I had something going on besides 2 chickens and a meatloaf. |

Hey, absolutely NOTHING wrong with that! Especially the meatloaf. Last time I made one, I had to commit to making 3 more the next time I do it because my friends liked it so much

All my smokers are staying in the garage this weekend - been real rainy and we still have leftovers from last weekend (just finished 5 ribs with the mds2 test rub with a sweet potato).
Might grill a couple of steaks tomorrow, and roast some corn, while we can still get decent ears here. _________________ Let's hope SoEzzy can ditch his heavy hand on photos in 2016!
