I just put on a small flat, some beef short ribs, and a beef ring sausage.

A little warm up for Labor Day Weekend when the whole fam-dammly comes over for brisket and roadhouse chicken.

I'm keeping it nice and simple this weekend. Gonna do a spiral cut ham on Sunday. Just gonna add a little more smoke to it and try to find a nice glaze to finish with.

Maybe some homemade mashed potatoes....

That reminds me, the farmers market is today! Very Happy

Wow. Looks like everyone is going to be eating like kings this weekend.

Makes me wish I had something going on besides 2 chickens and a meatloaf.

Hey, absolutely NOTHING wrong with that! Especially the meatloaf. Last time I made one, I had to commit to making 3 more the next time I do it because my friends liked it so much Shocked

Small-ish flat on the ECB since noon. Also a fattie, some ABTs, and a ring of sausage.

Life is good, yes?

All my smokers are staying in the garage this weekend - been real rainy and we still have leftovers from last weekend (just finished 5 ribs with the mds2 test rub with a sweet potato).

Might grill a couple of steaks tomorrow, and roast some corn, while we can still get decent ears here.
