OW. Yeah, you only have to learn that lesson once! A couple years ago I was making a habanero sauce for some marinated ribs out of an Alton Brown book. I remembered to wear gloves, but I was still sweating like crazy when I finished, and without thinking, I dragged my hand across my brow and eyes. AIE! A couple bottles of eye-wash and a trip to the urgent care later, the ribs actually did turn out pretty good, but it was a pretty painful reminder about what not to do!
