Hi there. Stumbled across this sight while looking for some real barbeque. I've got a wicked case of the wants for a pulled pork sandwich and some brisket. Been years since I've eaten anything that even remotely looks/tastes like barbeque, that's gonna change real soon 'cause I'm taking matters into my own hands.
Reading about cookers and looking at the pictures of the incredible food you guys are cooking has inspired me to get fat and have fun doing it. Ordered up a WSM yesterday and it will be here tomorrow, have a BQ300 on the way too.
There is a real good butcher shop 30 miles from the house, still need to find a source for charcoal and wood chunks. Thanks to all at post recipes and BBQ know-how. I'm new to all this, and this site is a blessing. Kudos to those responsible.
Can't wait to start putting on the pounds! |
