Well I had a great cook this weekend for 10 of my best friends, but my cooler got the best of me and forgot to take more pics Very Happy .I trimmed up some nice back ribs and rubbed them all with Bad Byrons Butt Rub,I wrapped up some fresh corn with Maple flavored bacon,i did a huge batch of beans up.I also did 2 pork butts and made a batch of Roxy's Mustard Sauce.I had a girl from North Carolina that fell in love with that sauce.I fired up my WSM for the Butts and my offset for the ribs and corn using Frontier lump,my first time using it and I liked the way it burned.Anyways heres the few pics I did get,I can't believe i totally forgot to take pics,I think i was just trying to take care of my 10 critics, everyone said it was great, hardly any leftovers, thats a good sign Very Happy .

the most important BBQ tool there is Very Happy

All looks great as always CB! I tried a bag of Picnic brand lump (packaged by the same folks) recently and I was very impressed with it.

I found it had very little ash,and there was a lot of good size chunks in this bag,I will buy it again if my shop keeps it in stock.

I have done the corn three times already this year, and there has never been an ear left,I used Maple flavored bacon and it made the corn taste awesome, its always a crowd pleaser.

Great looking cook, perhaps better off to miss the pics, I have 4 or 5 batches of photos that are so blurry from being over sauced myself that I wont even post them. Drunken pictures of a great brisket make me feel sauced all over again.
