Hey, let's look at it like this. Why don't you take out some of your rage and hostilty on the other's that actually had a FIELD day with how funny this all is after your buddy Harry put this guys products down? Why pick just me to go off on?

For BBQMAN to act like this wasn't his intention p!sses me off. I take offense when people think I'm dumb enough for them to twist reality to make them look golden and the "victim" look the villian.

Will a Mod please let us know if "bluesman250" and "Hairy Nutsack" share the same IP Address?

I am finding hard to believe they are two different people. It seems like Bluesman250 is an account setup for the purpose of validating "Harry Nutsack's" position when ever there is a dispute.

Yes, as careful review of my last 700 posts will prove, i only post in threads that harry started. And of course, i could be the only to disagree with the troll god BBQman. I am sorry to hear you standing up for childish behavior. I also thought you contributed enough to act like an adult. My current IP is 66.112.110.114. Google it if you want.

Sure, i am not the forum police. And yes, i do not have 3000 or 7000 posts. And yes, you and i have a argued a few times. Me and some others too. The difference there was that after discussing things with you, and some others, i walked away with MORE respect for you and them. But then again, you and some others do not a have few precedent in acting like you are 12 either...........

If I am wrong then I do apologize. I don't know anything about anyone in these fights on here.

What I do see is BBQMAN, and Harry start a fight, and then you coming in and stirring it up, or working to continue it. I just assumed you were an account for Harry to use to fight with bbqman, as I did not see how a third party could become so intricately involved with the spats on here.

We are filling the DPP to the gills this weekend to see how many racks we can fit (2# avergae Backloin ribs, Same as the comp) in it, and to check our cook & hold times for best quality.

These guys told me they have their own rub, I expected the worst knowing this area all too well and I was very pleasantly surprised with it. I like it alot!! I just met them first time and We are looking to do some good things together

They have a winner for the rub, I got the cook skills and the cookers, but the sauce we need to use is the only fly in the ointment.

Service to the public starts at 10:00 AM, So i will be onsite real erly to get everything fired and filled. (Why so early?? Maybe becuase boling ribs is quicker than low & slow and they didn't plan accordingly??)

What I do see is BBQMAN, and Harry start a fight, and then you coming in and stirring it up, or working to continue it. I just assumed you were an account for Harry to use to fight with bbqman, as I did not see how a third party could become so intricately involved with the spats on here.


I am not defending Harry. I have never even met the man. And what you see is BBQman starting fights on lots of Harry's thread (just that alone says something about BBQman) I guess it comes down to this. in the last few months, there have been hundreds of great posts, questions, and advise given. And then there has been a few threads of insults and childish behavior. Those last posts i mentioned seem to have been dominated by BBQman. If he has nothing constructive to say, why does he open his yap at all? I have not been an angel, but a quick review of the last couple of hundred posts of mine and BBQman will show you the real story.

I got a lot of respect for Harry but you got to admit some times he does come off the wrong way... and it is so easy to kick him about as he seems to get. I have a lot of respect for his skills and ability as a cook and chef but.. and I do mean but.. Some times there is something lost between what I think Harry wants to say and what he actually posts... I understand this very well as I have the same problem. Fortunately, I do not get the A$$ rippin as Harry seems to get. There are more than a few folks here that will tear you a new one for putting it out there, I know from personal experience..

Thats how i seem to remember grade school kids acting. Its ALWAYS east to pick on some people, so EVERYONE does it.

Plus,. whether we mean it or not, we ALL come off the wrong way sometimes. Which is why i disregarded many of BBQmans posts when he seemed to ba acting like an @ss. I thought maybe we were taking him out on context. Then a pattern appreared...........

I just think that if you do not like what Harry, or anyone says, when they are making an HONEST post, and not putting othesr down, just leave it alone.
But when you see people showing the childish "all gang on" type behavior, and you keep quite, you are doing the ring a disservice. If Harry and BBQman, or Harry and anyone, or BBQman and anyone want to go back and forth, do it in PM. But when as a forum fan, i see people making a HABIT of acting like they are 12 at the expense of others, i am going to say something. And if people want to rip me for that, they can go right ahead!

Blues..

Every one has their personality and that makes them who they are. We got to accept them for who they are or it creates a ton of conflict. You want to go back and read some of my posts from a couple years ago.. Talk about a horse a$$.. Most of those that took me to task have become very good friends and I am thankful for that. I think we got to let things work them selves out.
