Great BBQ in South East Texas

If you ever find yourself traveling along Highway 35 in Southeast Texas, about halfway between Houston and Corpus Christi, look for a little town called Point Comfort. Here you will find perhaps the best barbeque joint in Texas. Merle's Bar-BQ is located right on Highway 35, across from the Alcoa plant. I ordered the large BBQ sandwich, and it was more than I could handle: I am a pretty big ole boy too. I eat there every chance I get, and I put a pic and review on my website. Here is a pic

Thanks for the tip on the Q King, I am totally going to stop there on my next fishing trip to Port O'Connor. If you know of any other good joints down around that area let me know.
