Hello from Delano MN. Just entered this world of BBQ. Looking forward to chatting with some of you. I just purchased a Traeger Lil Tex. So far all I have cooked in it is spare ribs with an ok result. If any of you have any tips on using this I would appreciate it.

Thanks

Hello,

Good to see another one from Minnesota, I don't suppose you went to the competition in Watertown a few weeks ago, we went and watched and now I had to have a Traeger also, I bought the BBQ075.

I did ribs on Sunday and they were not the best I have done but I'm going to try again Sunday, the brisket and the pork butt came out perfect though, also did 12 lbs of canadian bacon in the Masterbuilt
