The last word in the title is "Country"

This is a great book if you like reading about BBQ culture. It's not a recipe book, but there are a few. It's about 2 guys who travel to bbq towns around the states and write about their findings. Good stuff.

This is required reading for all who love BBQ. One of the first BBQ books I read and couldn't put it down till I was done.
