I'm in College Station for a few days of training. Had some Cue at Rudy's BBQ.

Although Texas BBQ isn't my fav, I have to say the brisket was pretty dang good. Wasn't impressed with the hot links though. I would still recommend this place to anyone if travelling through.

Rudy's is pretty good. Make sure you eat at the dixie chicken. It's finals week so it should not be too crazy there....

Not a fan of their sauce, but their Prime Rib is a great change of pace.

Actually the University was closed today.....I couldn't believe it! The roads were completely clear! Maybe a 1/2" of ice on the car this morning.....but that is it. Whatever works!

Did the Dixie Chicken and Freebirds already. Good summer sausage at DC. I think I have had the essentials while I have been here. Tonight the Aggie Meat Science Dept. is smoking us some prime rib. You got to love Texas where Beef is defineatly what is for dinner!
