I just wanted to say Hi and tell a little bit about me. I started smokeing on a smoker I bought 15 years ago. I work so much (65 hrs a week) that I stopped and after 5 years started back up by buying a Oklahoma Joe's smoker for Christmas (upgrading from a SMALL smoker I bought from Ace Hardware). My cooking is a tad rusty, but it is all coming back to me!After 4 or 5 smoking just wnted to ay the juices are flowing follow b the smell of Victory (BBQ Sauces in my veins and smoke in my eyes!). Nothing and I mean Nothing is better then a little sleep follow by an all day BBQ feast!
