It's a great idea. I thought that BBQ Pizza was a good vending idea, but this takes it a step further.
If you could sneak some melty mild cheddar into the parfait, I think it would be even more attractive. |

| We were playing around the other night and I did a few of these using black beans, shredded smoked beef, rice and salsa. It was pretty good. |

Would that be some sort of Cuban-Gaucho cocktail then? _________________ Just remember that the toes you may step on during your climb to the top will also be attached to the a$$es you'll be forced to kiss on your way back down! |

I guess, lol. I forgot, we also put some sour cream and cheese on top, so from the bottom up it was beans, rice, beef, salsa, sour cream, & cheese. It was really good, whatever you call it. I suppose you could also consider it a sort of Tex-Mex deal--a Naked Burrito, lol. |

| So did Harry or anyone try these in a vending environment this summer? They sound pretty cool. |

I've also had them with bow tie pasta in the bottom of the cup, pulled pork on top of the pasta, beans on the pork, slaw on the beans! _________________ Here's a change Robert.

So, did anyone try these this past season. I am going to be doing a vend/fund raiser June 27 & 28th this year and we are going to give them a go. I think we are going with beans(bottom), pulled pork(middle) & slaw(top). We are going to be charging $6 each. I sure hope it works out. _________________ 18.5" WSM & 22.5" WSM

We are going to give them a try at the end of April at a 2 day event and see how they do. Will probably make some and get some photos ahead of time.
Still not sure how much to sell for yet. _________________ Robert King
