If your doing grills only electric will do fine, any driveway or patio jobs I'd highly recommend gas. For Really big areas there are some very cool tools that can greatly increase productivity(spinning arms enclosed in cylinders).
The more cleaning power units, the better
(psi x gpm) pressure per square inch times gallons per minute.
As Jet alluded 3500 psi with an ounce of water per minute ain't gonna clean very quickly. |

In college we washed our dishes at the car wash whenever someones parents were coming to town. Cleaning your pit sounds like a midnight car wash run if i've ever heard of such...  |
