I'm glad everyone Mem cookout turned out good. Alien I did the corn like you said and it turned out great. I also love my old way like Harry foil shucked and let the juices stay in. Both ways are great now just need to try the bacon way.

How'd you like the injected meat, Tom? I always inject my butts, but the one time I tried injecting a brisket I was not happy with the results.

The butt turned out very good but the brisket was off the charts. It was truly the best brisket I've ever eaten by far. Injecting has just found a new believer. Also, I started out with a really nice brisket.

I have been injecting my quarter legs and pork loins for over three years now and now I won't cook without doing it. I injected my first butt and it turned out good too.
