I'm glad everyone Mem cookout turned out good. Alien I did the corn like you said and it turned out great. I also love my old way like Harry foil shucked and let the juices stay in. How'd you like the injected meat, Tom? I always inject my butts, but the one time I tried injecting a brisket I was not happy with the results. _________________ Matt

How'd you like the injected meat, Tom? I always inject my butts, but the one time I tried injecting a brisket I was not happy with the results. | The butt turned out very good but the brisket was off the charts. It was truly the best brisket I've ever eaten by far. Injecting has just found a new believer. Also, I started out with a really nice brisket. |

I have been injecting my quarter legs and pork loins for over three years now and now I won't cook without doing it. I injected my first butt and it turned out good too. _________________ We Smoke Country Style cuz we are Country Boyz
