I just finished building this smoker yesterday. The mortor still has to cure and I will getting the accessories this week Grates etc.... The one thing I am having difficulty with is hanging the ribs in the smoker. I have heard of several things but none would seem satisfactory. I thought of a bacon rack but space is an issue. I have attached photos of my smoker. The stack has a inside diamater of 21 inches. I am thinking of a custom made rack with hooks on both sides.

| I went back to your intro and I now think I know how your gonna cook, on that note could you weld several say 1/4'' rod to your main rods bent in the form of a hook and then line those with expanded metal sorta like a basket, you could have them opposing each other for multiple racks. |

I was thinking of something simular but with out the screens. Just a flat rack with hooks on both sides. It you face the rack of ribs in opposite directions and hook them on the flatest part of the rack of ribs. It might work.
