I grilled a pork tenderloin on Sunday and did this, I have also used it for pork loin,

Marinade
1 cup orange juice
1/4 cup teriyaki or soy
1/4 worchestershire
1/4 steak sauce
1 teaspoon garlic, onion powder, salt, celery salt

I have marinaded for as long as 24 hours
grill pork tenderloin or smoke the loin

Save the marinade and boil it to get it safe to use

BBQ Sauce
Leave the marinade in the pan and add
1 cup ketchup
2 tablespoon brown sugar
2 tablespoons of your favorite rub
teryaki or soy to taste and thickness
garlic, onion powder, to taste
simmer until it thickens, unique flavor. tangy

Notice I did not use any rub on the tenderloin you can if you want but you don't need it the acid in the oj breaksdown the meat and really makes the taste come though. Simple and easy and works great, let me know what you think

Couple of things I do on tenderloin....marinate for 4 hours or so
cook to 140 , do not over cook.

Sauces to use
Roxie's will work, I like a very sweet mustard sauce, yoshida's, last but not least Salsa.

I didn't eat this stuff a year ago. One taste of a well made pork loin with a bit of sauce made it a favorite. I'm a picky as hell eater too. Being as lean as it is it's healthy too.

Sounds good polock, give it a try and let us know. Some shiitaki mushrooms might go well in there too. I may try it myself, minus the carrots. Never been a huge fan of them, 'cept cooked/glazed.

I made this yesterday. The family loved it. It's in my keeper file to make again. Thanks for the post!

Great recipe, Clay. After 24 hours of marinating, I patted the loin dry and dry rubbed it with a spicy Jerk Rub. The OJ in the marinade seemed to go great with a spicy rub. My friends raved about it and gave you the shout out! Thanks for sharin'.
