I was given a beef top round and I am planning on smoking it in my barell smoker which has a side fire box. I have heard that top round is a difficult cut to smoke and I could use some info on temp and time as well as any prep suggestions that anyone may have. I would rather pull it for bbq but sliced would also be Ok.
