Hey guys i am new to the restaurant biz but not BBQ i found a sweet deal on a place to start hey $500 a month first 4 months free and if i cut the grass on the lot next to the building he will knock off 200 of the rent anyway this place has no equip. but it used to bee a bbq joint i dont plan on using any fried items so i dont need a deep fryer what equipment will i need its not a very large place maybe 800sq ft
it has just a plain stove in it i know i will need freezer and fridge and help would be appreciated
