| I am new to the forum and thought I would share today's adventure. Currenlty smoking some ribs and plan on posting some pics later today. It seems that (SIC) has cornered the market on the tutorials, so I won't intrude. He has "lit the fire" to want to smoke everyday. Get back with you soon. |

Greetings Nate,
Welcome, and we're looking forward to your pics.
Let's Q it up, indeed!
I'm just doing a couple of porterhouse steaks tonight, it ain't Q, but it will have to do.

SIC certainly set the bar on tutorials, but anyone can join in. The more info and techniques the better. Nice ribs! _________________ "BBQ may not be a religion in Texas, but the two institutions are closely associated."

Those look yummy.
It's about 42 degrees here, heavy wet wet cold mist--almost a drizzle.
2 butts in the smoker, but now I want RIBS!!!!! _________________ New Braunfels Offset Smoker

| Thanks guys, I am happy to be here. The ribs were meaty, especially, becuase they were on $3 a rack from Wal-mart. |
