Hello all,
I had my first try at smoking some pork this weekend and they came out great. It is because of all of you that I have become interested and I would like to thank everyone for their suggestions. Here are some photo's of the process. I stuffed the pork chops with ham and asiago cheese. The roast was butterflied and stuffed with Ham, Asiago cheese and chedder.
