Here are my latest pics -- I still have to add the baffle inside the cook-box and add a fire grate to the fire-box, but almost ready to finish up the interior of the smoker.
After I get the tank and box taken care of then I will start building the propane cook tops and the shelves. I am posting these here to hopefully generate some helpful hints before I get too far along.

| Well your off to a great start it looks like to me strick1869, looks like the boat trailer was made for your application. Are you going to have the front all decked for walk around room? |

I finally got the welds finished inside the tank and firebox so I can now start on the 12+ feet of empty space I have on the front. I am going to use angle, square tubing, and expanded metal to build a series of shevles around the front of the tank, one side of the trailer, and build a propane grill on the front with two cookers. If all goes well I will finish off with some nice aluminum diamond plate for the decking.

| Strick, I have a similar build, although smaller, that my brother in law did for me last year as a Christmas present. Where is your air intake on the firebox located? |

The intake is located on the door of the smoke box. My original plans were to put them on either side of the box, but after viewing how most everyone else did theirs I chose the door.
I had my first fire this weekend just to see how bad the doors leak and make sure it drawed properly, and I was actually pleased with the way it all worked. Granted the doors need to be sealed, but everything else was nice.
Thanks,
Brian
