Some friends and I are going to clean out our freezers tomorrow while we watch the Masters. I have smoked duck and venison before, but could use some help with the Elk Steaks & Rabbit.
I may have to grill the elk since its cut up and no longer a loin, but are open to ideas on it and the rabbit.

| If you have a recipe for venison you like use it or a variation on the elk. Rabbit does not low & slow to well maybe dredge in seasoned flour, brown, then make gravy from the drippings, and simmer till tender... |
