Greetings All,
I imagine burgers aren't the type of grilling food you experts are into, but I love a good angus burger almost as much as I do a good steak. I find the angus burgers pre-made (sold in patties) aren't as good as some I have had in restaurants. Does anyone have a way of making them themselves? |

The only pre-formed Angus burgers I've seen are in the frozen foods section. Frozen meat tends to lose moisture. Try asking a butcher to grind some Angus for you. He'll have the ability to add fat if the cut is too lean and you will enjoy fresh ground Angus more than the frozen stuff. _________________ The Demolition Man - Demolition Man BBQ |

Not sure where you live, but around here Food City carries certified angus beef - I have a couple of their chucks on the smoker right now. I believe I could have had them turn it into ground angus chuck for me. |
