Thats the one I posted up earlier. I find this recipe interesting because he uses single ingrediants and then his essence mixture wich could be used as a rub itself. I too love his essence and use it on alot of things.


Sorry dude, did not realize you had posted that link. I agree that it does look good. The rub seems pretty solid as far as I can see.
