Put your meat in a gallon ziplock freezer bag. Place the bag in a big pot of boiling water for 15min. Guaranteed you'll be happy!

I've done that in vacuum bags many times, but not gallon ziploc freezer bags. Are they tough enough to stand up to simmering water, then? Interesting to know.

No problem. The bags hold up fine!

Since I think brisket taste better just slightly warmed, I just let it sit covered in a cold oven, or nukerowave, until it comes up to room temp. If you choose to use sauce, then heat that and serve over the brisket to further warm the meat.
That being said...although I've never tried it, the ziploc bag-n-boiling water sounds like a very good idea if you want it "hot". _________________ Well, boys, we got three engines out, we got more holes in us than a horse trader's mule, the radio is gone and we're leaking fuel and if we was flying any lower why we'd need sleigh bells on this thing... |

I use the ziplock bag in simmering water for most reheating, but be sure it is a freezer bag as I've had the sandwich bags come apart.

Wrapped in foil and reheated in the oven at 250 never did the water boil thing I wouldn't think Ziplock bags would hold up to the heat

Like above, I've reheated in the regular and microwave oven, but I use apple juice, instead of water, in the bottom of the plate/pan, to sweeten it up a tad. Reheated brisket is sometimes better than when it first comes off the grate.
