I just tried Stubb's Smokey Mesquite Sauce. It was amazing, and I cannot wait to try other BBQ sauces from Stubbs. Is anyone else a fan?

IMHO, the best product offered by Stubbs is the pork marinade. Simply soak some chops overnight in the marinade and put them on the grill. It is worth your time!!

I like the Stubb's original and Smoky Mesquite, for store bought sauces. I picked up a bottle of Stubb's Honey pecan sauce today for me & the wife to try.

I like the Stubb's Texas Steakhouse marinade, but it's chunkier than I like for steaks. No problem though - i pour the bottle contents in a stainless mixer bowl, inset food mixer / chopper thingie, puree, then return to the bottle. Works great with steaks in my vacuum sealer marinating box.

I didn't care for the results I got with the Stubb's Texas Teriyaki marinade on beef. Might be OK on chicken breasts, but it got tossed with the rest of the fridge contents post-Gustav. I doubt I'll buy another bottle of this.

edit - we tried a bottle of the Stubb's Honey Pecan BBQ sauce with the batch of pork loin back ribs I cooked this weekend and we really liked it with pork. It also went well with some leftover BCC game hen peices I had in the fridge.

Beef marinade is for me. I marinate my flanks overnight and grill.

I add a little honey and apple cyder to the Smokey Mesquite sauce and use it as a finishing sauce my ribs. I don't think that there has been a day within the last couple years that there wasn't something of Stubbs in the fridge.

I tried this the other day. Not bad, but for me I really like J.L. Jardines Killer BBQ sauce.
