This works GREAT! I've used it multiple times on whole turkeys, turkey breasts and beer can chickens.

Haven't found a better one yet... come to think of it, after I found this one last year, I haven't been looking. Cool

I think I'm gonna try this brine for our Thanksgiving Turkey this year. Sounds good...
