| Saw a mention of Arby's in the general thread and I'm thinking I like arbys, lol. I think Remington(E NC area) takes it to another level by slicing brisket very thin. The combination of a thin sliced brisket and a thin sweet sauce was what I thought brisket was before discovering the smoke ring. I still think I want one of those circular slicers that slice it very thin, that stuff is good. It's been several years since I visited a Remington, but if I ever see another one in my travels, I'm there. |
