I'm gathering the materials to build a DPP clone.I'd like to thank all of you for your hard work, without you guys my build would have been a flop as first designed.I've got my tank(275 gal.),trailer and my brother-in-law just dropped off the free steel for my fire box.Almost ready to start.
My question is should I use dampers between the fire-box and smoke chamber?
Plan is :275 gallon tank,18 x 24 x 30 fire-box,2 6" connector pipes and 2 4" exhaust stacks I'd like to also add a slide out charcoal tray in the cooking chamber for large scale grilling.I know same old same ol but thought I'd share. |

Sounds like it's going to be a nice rig. I would definitely put dampers everywhere you can think of. _________________ D. Tillery
