Should you increase the cook time when you add more volume to your cook space provided you have allowed about an inch between your pieces of meat?

As long as the temp in the cooker is the same, it should take the same amount of time. If the meat gets too crowded though, all bets are off. _________________ --Chris Baker

will take more time for cooker to get up to temp but once up to temp
