About the best you are going to do in Columbus is Barleys Smokehouse

http://www.barleysbrewing.com/smokehouse

This place has the best microbrew this side of the Mississippi.....has won tons of awards on their Q and Brew. And yes....you can smell the smoke rollin from out back Smile Worthy of a trip.

City BBQ in Upper Arlington. Heck, I have eaten a ton of BBQ and still fondly say they are as good as any.

Don't know about Barleys, but like L&H said, there is City BBQ. They aren't too bad.

Thanks for the tips. Now I just have to pray it's not freezing while I'm there.

Went to one of the City BBQ's last night. Got the ribs and they were good. Nice bark, not over cooked, good flavor. I would have liked a little more smoke flavor and a little more heat in the rub. Overall a good rib. Slaw and beans were also very good.
