It is a small, upstart place in Lavergne with an ambitious young owner who finally got a day off after a year of opening his restaurant.

I had a BBQ sandwich with the hot sauce, the pork was very tasty. However, the Mac and Cheese stole the show, it was outstanding.

If you are ever on the Southeast side of Nashville and want some Q made the hard way, two very big old stick burners out front, stop in to support him. It is off Murfreesboro Road.
