Hey guys, another question for you. How much space is needed between each food item? (butts,ribs or chicken) Im trying to get the most out of my reverse flow. Im new to the smoking world and have alot to learn.THANKS for the help!!!

I try and keep at least an inch in between things for good airflow.

I like an inch air space between food on the grill too!

But it is the 1/2 inch on each item to make a one inch total, not one inch each for a two inch total, in case there was any confusion over that? Wink
