Well I smoked my first boneless ham today (5 lbs). I smoked it at 220 to 225 for 3.5 hours. I pulled out at 150 and let it set for 30 minutes before cutting. I borrowed a few tips from here on making the glaze. 1 cup honey, 1 cup brown sugar, 1 tsp cinnamon, 1 tsp ground cloves, 1 tsp nutmeg and 2 oz Jack Daniels black. Heated low mopped every ½ hour for the last 1 hr ½. Rubbed it down with spicy mustard and cherry rub the night before. I thought it was great. Can’t wait to do another one. _________________ What got me started was a

Awesome looking ham, I bet the glaze is good. What brand of ham is that, and is it processed?
Also, is that a ceramic knife?
