We have a good little BBQ place in my town named Burks BBQ and they make pretty darn good ribs..I Think So anyway..and reasonably priced as well, $10.50 for a pound...which is about 7 pretty meaty ribs...they toss the ribs over the fire for a while to warm them up so they get a good grilled taste...
These have mustard sauce...their regular sauce tastes too much like a bowl of chilli to me.
here is the evidence:
here is a inside pic...its a tad blurry though
and the aftermath.....they only took 9 paper towels...is that good or bad?

I'll be in Cornelius,NC either this weekend or next. Not too far from there(40 miles). I might give it a try as I usually eat bbq, asian or seafood when I'm out and about. |

It's in Rock Hill SC...down Cherry Road towards Winthrop....looks for Loves plaza on the left....its down by Penn Station subs.
I have been trying to get them to offer sausage....I think I finally got them to consider it...they actually asked me what kind kielbasa or brats. I said either ones I like em both, but you only have to warm up the kielbasa over the fire. _________________ Electricity can be dangerous. My nephew tried to stick a penny into a plug.
