| I am from adamsville TN, otherwise known as Bufford Pusser land. I have been hanging around for a few years and have just started posting. I have a lang 60 smoker that I love. I mostly do pork butts and shoulders and have started smoking brisket. thinking about doing some catfish this summer. I'll let you know how it turns out. |
