This is the best damn MAC and CHEESE on the planet. Kicked it up a little with some chipotle chile pepper other than that followed the instructions and this stuff is the BOMB.

Indeed it is Sir, indeed it is. Many months ago I was doing an Internet search for info on 'Smoking' (on my Weber Gas Grill). This was the first thread I pulled up and did a 'Damn that sounds GOOD!'
All down hill from there .... Big Ron has my PayPal account down to memory.

Gotta agree! Made three batches (used Rotini pasta) for a party of about 45 people. Also had PP, Italian Chicken stir fry on the Disco, and a simple slaw. Happy to say I got many kudos for everything, but the Mac N Cheese absolutely STOLE the show, hands down! I did go meatless and prepared in the oven for convenience(this time). Can't wait to try this with a touch of smoke. _________________ I was taught to respect my elders. It's just getting harder to find them.
