Accepting that no restaurant can make ribs like at home, this place did a very good job on the ribs. They were a bit mushy (a common complaint at restaurants) They were spares trimmed to be St. Louis style (and they volunteered the info) On a 1-10 scale, 10 being the best ever, and considering the ribs only from a restaurant perspective I would rate them an 8, the sauce was slightly sweet with a little bite and very good a 9 for sure ( homemade or restaurant same rating) The spicy slaw (no mayo) and the mac and cheese were average. And they also gave me a side salad and cornbread muffins. All for just $19.99.
SO 2 sides, salad, ribs and cornbread muffins for $19.99. I don't see how they can make money at that rate. They sell a rack for $16.99, might as well get the sides. I do hope they can stay in business.
They have a small Southern Pride smoker right in front, looked good.
They only have about 10 seats so mostly carry out and I went in and was out in about 8 minutes. Good service. I don't think they have a website.
They sell "texas brisket" for $12.99 a pound which I can't even come close to price wise, did not buy any.Pulled pork $8.99 lb. Any way let me know if you go there and what you think.

Well I tried them yesterday (1 slab of ribs) and was very disapointed. The ribs were pretty mushy, but they were just full of fat. My Girl would'nt even eat them so I am going to have to finish off i guess. U could'nt even cut a rib individually as they just fell apart and had so much fat I couldnt tell where the meat began and the fat ended. They had a nice smoke flavor but I am going to have to give them a 4/10 rating. I am sorry to say I wont be going back, at least for ribs. The sauce was very sweet but had a good taste. Beans were good and had fries also.

Service was goo and I hoped I would really enjoy this place but to me the ribs were just not pleasing.

Where the hell does everybody get these fatty ribs?

My biggest gripe right now is that there isn't enough fat on my smoking cuts anymore. Pork fat is like gold to me. Very Happy

Maybe these were just not trimmed well, there was clumps of mushy fat everywhere on these ribs. Its not like I like lean ribs, tips are my favorite, there was just something off on these ribs.
