Is that the same stuffing you used in the tenderlion? If not, would you mind sharing the stuffing recipe with us? I'm always looking for new things to do with chicken.

Doc:

The stuffing started as left over ABT filling.. cream cheese and cheddar to which I added some goat cheese feta, some grated parm a few chopped green olives a chopped green onion some minced garlic, some fresh chopped basil and parsley, fresh cracked pepper and some butt rub.

I will call it "Roxy's funky 4 cheese filling" Wink

I like it. Very Happy

I agree with SoEzzy. You need to put something together. Maybe you and Mike (Alien) could do a calabo.

All I can say is WOW! Shocked

Mighty fine looking food!

I bet that lake in summer makes up for all that snow in the winter. Wink

It sure is nice here in the summer months but I guess there has to be some down side with the good or we wouldn't live in Canada. Wink

Nothing like living at the cottage.

I think that is the difference between a good Q'er & a great one. You took left overs (stuffing)added this & that & came up with some truly great looking & sounding vittles. I showed your pics. to the prettier 1/2- she took a look & went shopping for chicken breast & ribs.. Now I have to try my humble best to duplicate....Thanks???

I dont know about great, I will be happy with good any day.

Hope you have some luck with the chicken. I got to do a pictorial on how I cut the breast so you can stuff it. This filling will end up running out unless you make a pocket in the breast and close it off with a tooth pick.
