You can use any meat you like but I like duck the best
Cut meat into pieces about the size of a segment of your finger up to thumb size(depends on pepperocini)
Marinate meat in Worcsheshire sauce for couple hours
Place meat into cavity of pepperocini
Wrap in about half slice of bacon
Sprinkle with Montreal Steak Seasoning
smoke/grill
enjoy |

Perfect timing!
I just removed the breast from several ducks I recently shot, and was in need of a new recipe.
I grilled some this evening, and they were a success.
Thanks for sharing! |

I do something similar with duck.
Take a duck breast nuggett ( marinate in Italian dressing/Dales steak marinade) put a sliver of jalapeno on one side and a sliver of pineapple on the other side then wrap in bacon.
put assembled nuggets in a fish grill basket ( easier to turn) and cook indirect on the grill _________________ Steve H

i like the idea of using a fish basket for grilling, we put em on skewers..it can be a pain sometimes |
