Nope, But I just got the tax bill and the assessment, allegedly the fair market value is over double of what was paid 3 years ago. Woo-Hoo _________________ Just remember that the toes you may step on during your climb to the top will also be attached to the a$$es you'll be forced to kiss on your way back down! |

I have... not always 100% accurate as they take Registry of deeds, building dept and assessor data to put it together..
Mine is up 19% ssince we bought it in 2002 but down 3% this past yr _________________ WSMx2, Genesis Silver B, & BabyQ |

they were nice enough to freeze assessments in my county so the tax bill doesnt go up every year....  |

Are you sure you want all of us knowing where you live?

What you need to do is go to www.weather.com. enter your zip code and use their satellite & arial photography on the interactive weather map to see your house. it zooms in farther then you can get from the free version of google earth.
By us the picture was taken before we bought, I can see the previous owners white mini-van in the parking area. _________________ Just remember that the toes you may step on during your climb to the top will also be attached to the a$$es you'll be forced to kiss on your way back down! |
