Been waitin' for football sundays. Had some buddies come by. I don't have a camera, so I took these with my phone.
Had some ribs
Tried my hand at ABTs
and of course, brats are a must
My niners got it handed to them, but the grub made it a little better. _________________ Love the voodoo that Q do.

Brats and Half Smokes seem to be a weekend ritual come fall.....the best part is since they are in addition to either ribs, pork butt, roast beef, brisket, or chicken......there are always leftovers for Monday Night Football.
Then again, I cannot get to psyched about my cowboys til baseball season is over. What a playoff race in the AL.......my Yankees are looking good right now. Just hoping that either (or both) Boston or Cleveland falter in the next 2 weeks. _________________ Dinger

Doc, it will be nice to see the Niners come back. I'm a Chiefs fan, but the Niners were way too much fun to watch back in the day, and I still love memories of Montana and Rice.
Heck, I just love football in general, so all teams are my second favorite...EXCEPT THOSE LOUSY RAIDERS AND BRONCOS!!!
I'm not too big on San Diego either, but that's just becasue their in our division, so they have a legitimate excuse to be dissed just for that. There is no excuse for thos LOUSY RAIDERS AND BRONCOS!!!
Just kidding all you Raiders and Broncos fans.....

Hey, Doc, I have had to go to AA because of the niners losing all the time. They keep saying that they are rebuilding, the have been rebuilding since 94' a drunk carpender could of rebuilt the niners by now, in my opion the worst 2 things they did was fire Mooch, and pass on Braylon Edwards, you see Braylon last week, he tore it up. by the way Ratay is not anywhere near the answer either. Sorry guys I know that we are to talk about BBQ, but the niners and football in general is a senisitive situation
Doc, with you being from Indy, Im surprised that you are not a Colts fan, or, are you tired of them getting handeled by the Pats. |

No krazylegs. Been a niner fan since they drafted Joe. Haven't got off the bandwagon yet. That's what the 1680 in my handle is for. Montana and Rice!!!! Yeah they're having hard times, but the NFL is easy to rebuild if the ownership really wants to.
As far as the DOLTS, I can't stand them. I didn't like how the team came here. Sneeking out in the middle of the night. That's some B#@$^ Sh$^. Excuse my french. Haven't like them since. The ownership that is. Because they do have good players. I've loved seeing them get pumpled by the Pats every year. It's fun to go to bars to watch the games here in town and cheer against them. Had some near fights for that.
Sorry guys. I could talk football all day. _________________ Love the voodoo that Q do.

| You are right it is pretty easy to rebuild in the NFL but it starts with ownership, and good gravy, we have a doctor that needs to see a proctologist, because he has be carrying a load in his pants for a while now. Ahh, the days of Eddie DeBartilo and Carmon Policy, now, that was class, because they could be shady, but still look good at it. This guy, York, he couldnt light a propane grill let alone run a team. New ownership I shant in my sleep. with visions of montana to clark against the "boys" |

WoooDoggy, Dem's fightin Words But Monday Night will send Little Dickie home, crying again. Doesn't that get old? Invesco sucks and certainly doesn't have the magic that Mile High had, but when your old pal Marty or the Chiefs come to town, something special always happens

sledgehammer... how could you? And I was just starting to like you! Oh well, not everyone can have decent taste in football teams I guess! Yeah Marty took his misery off to San Diego now, which is good because it just makes the Chiefs look that much better.
As I recall, it was the Broncos running games that shredded our poor defenses the last 4 years. Things look so much different now, it will be a very interesting game to watch. Denver is struggling to run, and the Chiefs defense is looking improved. Jake is not very good when he can't get the running game established. It's early on, and neither team has shown their true potential yet! This is a big game for both of us!
Oh yeah...

| Jake Plummer is 1 scary dude, when he is your team's QB. The D got is act together last week, probably putting Phillip Rivers on the hot seat real soon. Tha slow old man you got back there is going to be beaten to a pulp by the D. the Browncos are really coming around. you think Priest can beat LT's 50ish yard? I don't. And that guy with teh diapers? |

Well, I'm not sure but I hear we got our butts kicked around. My oldest had his 10th B-Day party last night, and after the party we had to take the 5 year old to the ER cause he broke his arm at the party. We all didn't roll back home until after midnight, and in all the confusion I forgot we even had a game! Watching the news this morning they made a comment that we got it handed to us, but I haven't even seen the score yet!
All I can say for sure is, there's something about playing in Denver I guess... _________________ --Chris Baker

Wow, just read about the game. Sounds like one of those wierd "fluke" games that seems to happen to at least one team every week anymore. Kinda like that Denver-Miami game! Sounds like your D actually did something this week, and showed off some spectacular stuff. Sounds like the Chiefs O didn't show up. Well, I guess if I had to miss a game, this was the one! _________________ --Chris Baker
