Here are a couple of pictures of my smoker doing its thing during the ice storm. I was smoking some pork butt's and briskets for a party on Tuesday evening. I also did some Jalapeno stuffed sausage later in the day, which I will post later.

Awesome looking meats!!!
A "tip" if you were to take a putty knife (or something similar) and scrape the inside lid of your smoker (hopefully when it is empty), it would not drop those "little black specks" all over your meats. _________________ Often imitated but never duplicated |

| TELEKING Youre good! I agree that the color of the smoke is not right. I used some hickory that I had cut up earlier this summer and I thought it was ready, but after I put it in the smoker I noticed the color of the smoke and even a different smell. I knew something wasn't right but didn't have any other wood to put in the smoker. When I served the food that night I could taste the bad wood on the food. |

I don't think that is smoke you are seeing but STEAM....after all, look at the weather...colder than a well diggers a$$ _________________ Often imitated but never duplicated |
