I had a guy tell me he would buy slab bacon and put it in his smoker and smoke it for a few hours. Said it was great. Anybody have any info on smoking bacon? _________________ Stumps 223

So is he doing this with already cured & smoked belly bacon slabs, or is he starting from scratch?
